This was just an optimal selection for a break on our long journey in Venice with very good value for money. The staff were super friendly, helping us decide which symphony to attend. Be prepared for the heat. open the window to cool down.

The room was spacious, featuring a beautiful high ceiling and an amazing balcony. Plus, we were able to take our precious dog along, which made our trip feel even more special. Close to major attractions, we enjoyed our visit to the nearby art gallery showcasing stunning Venetian visuals.
In my wife’s opinion, a small kid's area would be great.

Arrived via a water taxi that the hotel arranged, which added a nice touch to our experience. The welcome from Irvin made us feel at home right away. He suggested great places to eat and helped us with our tour meeting point. My room was clean and had a lovely view of the canal. Opening the window let in wonderful sounds from the passing gondolas. However, the room’s temperature was controlled by reception and kept at 21 degrees, which felt a bit chilly at times. One night the hot water ran out after 11 PM, which was frustrating after a long day exploring. Breakfast options were limited, so we chose to eat nearby, which turned out to be a better choice. The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to walk to major sights. Overall, a lovely stay but with a few areas for improvement.

The Duodo Palace features stunning rich decor and exquisite chandeliers, creating a comfortable and charming atmosphere. Its location is peaceful yet just a short stroll from popular attractions, making it very accessible for seniors like me.
More elevator access would enhance comfort for seniors.

The hotel had an amazing location, just a
short walk to St Mark's Square and great local eateries. The staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness, though the bed could have been softer for a better night's sleep.

The room was beautifully decorated with a stunning view.
The check-out process was overly rushed and inconvenient.

would definitely book here again
We had a large room with a view over the canal which, even though not super scenic, screamed Venice. The bed was comfy, slept great for 4 nights. Breakfast was solid with good quality food, but not a huge selection. Location was spot on, just minutes from San Marco and Rialto Bridge, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The deluxe room with a canal view offered a lovely experience and space. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.
Breakfast choices could be more varied to enhance the morning experience.

missingWrote a review on Apr 15convenient locationfriendly stafffrustrating temperature controlintermittent hot wateruninspiring view
The location offers easy access to key attractions, with a spacious and well-maintained room, complete with a comfortable bathroom and friendly staff. However, the inability to control room temperature was frustrating, and I faced intermittent hot water issues during my stay. Additionally, the scenic view was overshadowed by the unimpressive landscape outside the window, making the higher price less justifiable.

Charming stay in the heart of Venice
Waking up to the serene views of the canal from our spacious deluxe room was truly magical. The location made exploring the city so convenient.
Unfortunately, reaching the hotel with our luggage from the bus station was a challenge. Also, we found the water temperature inconsistent during our stay.
